Take Care of YOU, so you can take care of your loved ones

When you're pregnant, it can be hard to think about anything else besides labor and birth, layettes and booties. And if you're in the middle of that "nesting" period, scrubbing the shower grout with a toothbrush might sound like your idea of a fun weekend, but taking time out from everyday life is a great way to honor your the job your body is doing, reflect on the impending changes in your life and seize the opportunity to do something special just for you. After the baby is born the real work begins, take time to care for yourself so you can care for your family.
The Mothers Day special went over so well that we will it extend the special two more weeks.
